Those are perfect temps. Glad you got it figured out.

Removing the cover will help too...then you can put on a 40mm fan to the heat sink and it will help temps greatly. Doesn't have to be a loud 40mm fan, a silent one (yeah...when are 40mm fans ever silent?), and a little bit of airflow will help temps greatly.
