Hard Drive Help

My brother bought a Seagate Barracuda 320GB Ultra ATA100 hard drive for an xbox. since you have to lock xbox hard drives he locked with the WRONG eeprom(password) which he dosent know. Does anyone know a way or service that will unlock the drive for him so he can format it. thanks

Not really sure on this, but maybe seagate have a diagnostic program on their site that will help sort it, its worth a shot.
