ok how do u set permenent wallpapers?

If you wanna set the wallpaper you will have to do it in group policies. You get there by typing gpedit.msc at the run command, then look in user config, admin templates, active desktop. The setting is in there

Indeed, Microsoft shared toolkit makes more restrictions for public PCs. I might give that thing a little go here.
 
Yeah, my school is like that too. The wallpaper for all the computers is this stop sign with rules stating what you can't do etc. Eh whatever, I spend my time typing things and going online at school, not staring at the background.
 
Raffaz, is the GPEDIT only in pro?? i'm not seeing that in my home edition. Before you ask, it is a ligit copy.

Good point mate Group policy editor isnt in home edition.
