Does vista ultimate only have the Animated Desktop? (ie, real time video)

SO i have Vista home premium and I was wondering if I am able to have this feature or is it just for the Ultimate version?

I don't quite get what you mean sorry? Animated Desktop...I know there are some programs that allow you to set DVD's etc as the wallpaper (such as VLC) if thats what you mean...

Vista has a feature to have animated "wallpapers" i guess you can say. So you can put video as your wallpaper. And was wondering if Home premium has that.

Ohhh I know what you mean...sorry I misunderstood you, I believe it is only with Ultimate, but not 100% sure..
