My old desktop from Dell (2002 model with XP) has had problems with spyware and viruses recently. It has a Mcafee program paid for to run on it, which hasn't been terribly effective, I have downloaded spybotsearchanddestroy and adaware to use as antispyware which removed a trojan with the name zlob and stopped the browser being hijacked. However, there is still the annoying spyware bubble in the toolbar with the fake warning. Does this mean the computer is still being hijacked? Is there anything more I can do to get rid of viruses and spyware without reinstalling everything?

OK thank you guys, I also got the 30 day free trial of the complete AVG anti-spyware which removed another Trojan which the other antiviruses and antispywares had not detected and it seems the computer is back to normal.
 
Thank you dudes. I certainly don't have a high opinion of McAfee at the moment.

@Raffaz: does this NOD32 interact with McAfee in any adverse way?
