plz review and send comment to me!!!!!!!!!!

Mostly I like the layout of the page, it is very professional looking. You've also done all of the right things to get the site indexed very well. The problem that most designers have/don't even think about is the findability of the page. If you have all kinds of information but no way to access that information, it's as good as useless. You have textual links, your meta tags are in order, code wise, to make the site easier to find, you should include a document type definition, and you should add a specific encoding to the page in your
Code:
 <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" />

Also, I don't see an HTML declaration at all at the top. It's a good idea to add lines similar to the following at the top:
Code:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "[url="http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"]http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd[/url]">
<html xmlns="[url="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"]http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml[/url]" xml:lang="en-US" lang="en-US" dir="ltr">
I notice this type of code on other pages, but not the index page.
I would also consider adding a sitemap to the page, this will make indexing it 100% easier and it will make sure that all of your pages get indexed with the search engine, not just the main page. And I was just wondering, about how close to complete is the site?

adding voice pronunciation to the dictionaries would be cool, because then you could say a word in a different language that you don't know how to read, but still hear how it sounds

i do like the path your taking on the website, but i believe you need to get a few things corrected. This is constructive critizism by the way, i am not putting you down.

1. Improve your banner with better selections of the textbooks and to move the girl down some so her waist is flush with the banner's bottem, and her shadow doesn't look very good.

2.also check little tweaks such as the lines that seperate your main body. they are not quite level.

3. Make the name of your website more noticable. It is a bit hard to tell the name of the site unless you already knew it.

4. Also you have login (just staff) I would change that to login (staff only) or place it somewhere else not in your main navigation page.

Very good site though so far, looks very professional like some people mentioned.

hi
thanks every body
1.i've done sitemap
2.i've removed login link
3. about banner i am trying to change it if i can

and about pronunciation i am working on that but because i am still in high school i am not enough time to complete it quickly

glad to hear your making progress. about the links, if you know how to do rollovers (which i'm sure you do) then you might want to make your navigation bar rollovers, they're great ^_^
