Sometimes a bios reset is the only way to fix it. Wonder why it isnt plugged into the mobo tho...

Nope not plugged into the mobo, but there is not the right kinda of plug to plug it into the mobo.

You can normally get adapters for this. Sometimes you get them with ya mobo.

No its a prebuilt dell, but its no big deal. They said they dont mind just dealing with having the error when they boot up.
