A web site to Accompany Cforums.org

I was thinking trhat maybe we should have a website to accompany with these forums,were we could have guides,programs,videos,and games,maybe but i reckon it would be a good idea.

Well I think that would be a cool idea..kind of like a place to get info, reviews on products, maybe a blog..free software, and when i say free i mean free not cracked...of coarse then it comes down to who's going to host such a site ?

It would come down to money, time and someone to manage it. Who knows though, it may be possible, but will their be enough member's to enjoy it...that's the question.

i can host for free from home for you guys. just buy a domain for me

Hosting from your home system can be more troublesome than it's worth. The IP changes if you reboot making it hard on the dns server to keep track of you. Besides it may violate your TOS with your ISP.

my ip stays constant.

and my ISP can screw off with their rules. they are more uptight than brookfield (no offence)
