New Build HELP needed

Alright, long story short I get a comp, All RAM and everything works so nothing to worry about but I've never "built " a comp before. I need to know how to take a blank HDD and put an OS on it (Got the OS disk with me}. I 'm not sure what to do so maybe I need to do something else?

follow on screen insturctions for the os setup i might write a guide but i would have to use pics and im too lazy to use my computer for pics

Once the computer is assembled, you can put the CD in and boot from it in most cases. Before doing so, go into BIOS (pressing either F1,F2, or DEL usually during initial boot up) and ensure that the CD Drive device is set to boot before the hard disk.
