they have a free (reduced functionality) version out called "Adobe Photoshop album starter edition 3.0" which is free, and is available here.... http://www.adobe.com/products/photoshopalbum/starter.html
Maybe that will suite you ok....it's free, so can't hurt to try it.

My thoughts exactly. If you want free Photoshop (the full CS2 one, not any crappy version), go learn to use torrents.
