Okie doke. But do you have any idea what the problem is? I figure since you're an Administrator for a forum you of all people could provide the best clues as to what is going on.

They could of banned your IP all together.

Why would they ban my IP if I never registered there before?

maybe they ip banned someone in your area and now with a dynamic IP through your ISP its your turn to suffer.

thats all assuming it is an ip ban, and you don't have a static ip address.

Cant I do an iprelease then iprenew or something?

umm, possibly. its worth a shot at any rate. if your router has it built in, do that, it will be better than any software refresh you could do.

worse comes to worse, try again in a week. by then your ISP should have gotten to refreshing everything.
