11 Just upgraded to Time Warner RoadRunner Extreme

I have a 3mbps connection, I want fios but it's not available in our area.

i have verizon fios,,,but i just have their lowest fios plan,,,it's about $35/month......5mbps download...2mbps upload speeds. i would like the 15mbps download speed of course, but can't justify going up to $49/month for more speed when 5mbps is pretty fast.
