What type of Glue do Phones have ....

So I was replacing my housing for my RAZR V3I and I cracked a little cable........ long story short I ripped it out cause i knew i broke it already. Phone still acctually works... but no screen lol

anywyas, the keyboard membrane is what i have to replace, its on the way right now ... what type of glue do you use to glue it to the housing... cause I peeled it off and have no idea what type of glue it is ?

hot glue?? from a glue gun........ heeelp


this is the keyboard membrane, and this side was acctually glued to the housing.....

it peels off really easily, yet its very sticky.... dosent feel like it.. isnt hot glue hardend when it dries?

ooh that stuff. they use that on phone books when they glue advertisements to it i dono what its called

edit: its most likely called "silicone based glue"

i also, need a glue to glue a plastic piece to metal.... would any glue work lol

use sandpaper to sorta rough the plastic and metal up where you will glue them, then glue them together with superglue or something.
