Will my new computer work?

Yeah, but you may want to buy a heatsink for the processor that is better than the stock one. I would recommend the Tuniq Tower 120, and some Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste:

Hmm, I may wait and not over clock the processor until I have that heatsink... How important do you think it is to have the heatsink if I just overclock the mobo, and maybe slightly (maybe not at all) overclock the processor??

the heatsink that comes with A C2D is good for a starting OC. so you can do a little bit before you get a new one. just keep an eye on those temps.

Yeah, you can probably get another .5 GHz or so rock solid, but after much more than that, it gets iffy.

Oh ok, I've got one last question. Will my Windows XP CD from Dell install onto my computer? Will there be a problem with regeristering XP? Do you have to register XP I really don't wana buy* an OS...
