server motherboard?

I need to find a server mortherboard that supports 5 volt pci slot, full length and full height. It also needs to have support for dual socket 771 quad core xeon processors. It also needs to have scsi raid disc controller that will run raid 1.

sry for so many specifications but i'm trying to get an old piece of hardware to work in a new server...

Any PCI motherboard should do 5 volt as well as virtually every server motherboard has a RAID controller that runs RAID 1

i've been look at new egg for dual slot 771 and most have pci-x which is a new thing, i need just plain old pci

PCI-X and PCI are backwards compatable.
