Now with the Raptor HDD, am i going to have to install anything for it to work. Or just plug it in and it should work.

thanks
Well if your using it as your main drive, then your gonna have to reinstall the OS, or ghost it to the new drive. If your using it as storage, then just connect it up and format it from computer management.

Im going to use it as main. So yea, my motherboard game with a sata floppy disk. And my bro when he built his comp had problems with his and he had to install a sata driver or something. Just was wondering if i should be find and just have to plug it in

I never needed mine when i installed vista. You will know if you need the disk because it wont see your HDD when you try to install the OS

If your motherboard supports SATA, the Raptors are a great way to go. Make the Raptor your primary (main bootable drive), the just plug your older hard drive on IDE1 (Primary Master) or SATA 2 depends on what kind of connectivity it has.
