Anyway to edit the items on the right side of start menu?

Is it possible to make the folder "My Downloads" an item on the right side of the Start Menu?

Not totally sure what you want. If you right click the item you wanna move, there should be an option to pin it to the start menu, click that

I think that only works with executable files. What I want to do is move My Downloads (it's a folder) to right under My Music, on the right side of the start menu. I want it to be a folder I can open directly from the Start Menu. It's not a big deal, but if it's possible to do so, can anyone tell me how to do so?

Dont think you can do that mate. You can add it to the left side tho, where limewire etc are. To do that just drag your folder and drop it on the start button.
