A vote on bad forums

This refers to forums like "no, just no", it was closed, not by me, so here's your chance to show whre you stand on this issue.

Please vote if you are against all forums of this nature, & would like to see them banned permanently, thank you, when all the votes are in, I'll present it to David, we do NOT want this kind of topic to blight CF, do we???

A note to the person who closed the other thread, David is aware of this forum, & also I've saved it.

Threads are Threads, forums are forums. As long as it says "not for the weak"..or some worning, its all good..

More posts= active forum
More views= active forum, better money off adds
More threads= more posts, more views, and more money from adds..

Closing threads= just killing post counts, which keeps this place going..This is the social lounge, anything goes, besides porn.

ahh my bad, I didnt notice that this is for only everyone in favor of it..Kinda one sided then no?

Exactly, because then we're going to get into what some people find disturbing, and what some don't find disturbing...And then we're going to have issues about, omg you're a baby, thats not even nasty..

BOTH good points. I personally dont wanna see stuff like that, but as long as there is a warning stating what it is then i know not to click the link. However, if its just a link without explaining then thats no good, i like to know what im viewing.

social lounge is for social things which includes crap. its fine. i enjoy it. as long as the other sections do not have any in. ... no vote from me soz

Humans are humans. Everyone will click it despite the fact that there is a warning. It's just the way our brain works. You think a teen will even think twice about clicking "No" when trying to access a porn site? You think someone will even think twice about smoking when they read the Surgeon General's Warning?

So it doesn't matter if it has a warning on it or not. People will still click it and view it.
