Yeah, well sometimes it's hard to find things on the net, and they can be found with BT. Also, if you try a lot of download sites, they are bottlenecked to a certain speed unless you pay for a subscription, but you can just download it with torrents.
And as for if it's illegal or not, depends on your ethics. Remember those commercials with the kid downloading a movie and it says something like would you steal a purse, would you steal a car, etc.? Then it says like an MPAA rating spoof:
Personally, I don't agree with that. I think that prices for many pieces of software are ridiculous (I'm looking at you Photoshop), and there's no reason to pay hundreds of dollars for it. Movies, well, it's seven bucks to get the movie ticket, are those millionaire+ Hollywood producers really going to die over it? Come on, let's be serious. If you really like it, I think you should go out and buy it though, just to show your support for it. I do the same with CDs and games if I think they are really worth my money. If not, then I'll just delete it.
