Direct X 10

I got a new video card that supports this. Is Direct X out yet? Where can i get it?

You need vista to run DX10. Any version of vista will have DX10 installed as long as you have a DX10 Video card.

DirectX 10 IS out, BUT there are no games out yet.

You need Vista, because they want to make money.
