what is a website that hosts pictures.

i run a fan club and i made a banner and it is over 2.5 mbs and i need atleast a 3 mb..

and i cant find any does anyone have a site i could host it?
and its a gif file.

Just use .jpg format, it'll be a lot smaller of a file.
