I've been reading up about this and it seems 8x cards only work 100% with 8x slots or 4x slots of the same voltage, does anyone know how I can find out my mobo voltage and my psu voltage as well, because cpu-z doesnt provide me with this.
I may end up forgetting the idea of getting a GT6600 because although iv seen ppl have that card in a computer with the same mobo and spec as mine i dont think theres much you can do if it happens a to break because you are running a card on a slot its (possibly) not designed for.
I may end up getting the 7800GS atomic rooster linked, would that be much less powerful than a 6600GT?

Does anyone hav any links to 6600gt AGP cards for sale, I have only managed to find one site selling a gt6600 AGP card, i would be eternally grateful and would treat the person who does this as a living god ,possibly.
