Ok, the other day my friend removed CPU from his computer and when trying to put it back in two pins got bent. Is this fixable or do we need ot buy a new one?

Its a socket 478 pentium 4, 2.2ghz

Ok, bigger problem maybe, one we fixed the other pin broke off. What will happen if we plug it in and start the computer up? Or is this processor shot now?

Yup, you can straighten them out. It jsut may take a little more work. Just be very careful and take your time. I have used a tiny screwdriver to get bent pins straight. The open end of a mechanical pencil works too. It doesn't have to be perfect, just close enough for them to fit into the socket.

Edit:
I hate to say it, but I don't think it will work with a missing pin. You can try, but i don't think it will go well. :(
