I'm currently looking into a new computer because I want to get vista, but I have a slow processor. Here is what I am currently looking at buying

I am hoping to be able to use the following out of my current computer
PC2100 and PC3200 (I have two 256mb PC2100 cards and 1 PC3200 512mb)

And then some other PCI stuff that should work.
Will it all work together? Thanks for any advice!

So far it looks like your system may not work. The video card that you have listed does not say anything about vista ready.

the processor is fucking horrible

DO NOT GET A CELERON D

ooh and that card wont work very well with vista's aero

celeron D is ok if you do not need a computer for gaming , and just for general office tasks and internet surfing

I have a Celeron D and it is better than a lot of people give it credit for. When I got it bc I was building a budget system I was thinking it was gonna horribly suck. it is actually pretty good. Today's Celerons are like yesterdays Pentium 4s.

Up your budget dude. That computer is one step up from a steam powered one

That computer won't run vista well. Unmatched RAM both running at PC2100 speeds won't produce great results.
