Which RAM

I am going to upgrade my RAM for my PC but am not entirely sure which type to purchase.

I have found my PC on the brands support site and the specifications for it can be found Here.

On that page it says that my memory is "256 MB DDR RAM - PC3200". This is the page to which i am directed to after clicking on memory.

This says that my PC's RAM is "DDR SDRAM".

My first question is, what is the common name for this type of RAM.

My second question is do I have to upgrade with the same type of RAM.

And... My third question is which type of RAM is it according to this page.
