The Tavor:

Haha, the Desert Eagle is nice, but it's such an impractical pistol. The .50 Magnum round offers lots of bang, but your wrist is gonna pay the price. The recoil is insane for a pistol...don't let those action movies trick you. ;)

As for my favorite weapons...

The Avtomat Kalashnikova - Model of 1947. Hate it or love it, it's still one of the most durable Assault Rifles ever produced.

The Heckler & Koch Gewehr G36. Absolutely awesome. You gotta love German engineering.

The US Marine Corps Squad Advanced Marksman Rifle or SAM-R for short. Essentially a semi-auto M-16 with a longer barrel.

The Beretta 92F. One of the best pistols ever made. Hands down.

The M40A3. Used by the Marine Corps, the original rifle is the Remington 700, which is then heavily modified by USMC armorers at Marine Corps Base Quantico.

Haha yeah, my friend witness the recoil, someone was using a Desert Eagle .50 (he obviously din't know how to use it) he fired it, and he din't have any gloves, so his hands were badly bruised. Funny how movies show people holding a desert eagle with one hand.

That's because it's Hollywood. The only real reason why they even use the Desert Eagle in movies is because it looks powerful and is like the God of all guns. :p
