Wow...this is how I know I need to uprgrade ASAP, I still have an X2 3800+. But the sad thing is you could almost build an entire Core 2 system for the same price as this chip and have better performance.

very true. but then again, people who have an AM2 slot will love this as an upgrade to compeate against the C2D.
