I got my aunties computer the other month, the RAM was broke, but I spent half hour going through everything the process to find what the problem was. Not only did she get free RAM from the school (as it was old ram they didnt use), she also got Windows XP with SP2. All I got was £5 haha! I was happy with that, but just saying!
