mobo backing plate

is there anywhere where you can buy i/o backing plates for motherboard as i have a spare AV8 board i want to use but i dont have a backing plate.

im in the uk but i have found one on the link above and paid for it but i did not read the small print the do not ship internationally. but i have just tried the board without a backing plate and i get a error code 9f i suspect the board may be faulty.but i would appreciate it very much if you have one that will fit.
