Q3 of 07 i believe. Bearlake will support DDR3. But DDR2-1333 will NOT be possible. The highest clocks with DDR2 is roughly 1300mhz, but thats with 2.6+V and WILL degrade your RAM no matter what cooling you have. After one week, your sticks will not run at those setting you will slowly have to down clock them over time, you will won't see any 1333mhz sticks. But theoretically, you only need DDR2-667 to run 1:1 with the 1333mhz FSB Xeons.
