Which Graphic Card for Vista

listen to what teh guys are saying about chipsets here , cos it does such an important job it is esential to have a good chipset otherwise it could bottleneck your system no matter how fast cpu is or how good ur gpuis

A 37" tv would be huge but you could just push back from it a tiny bit and it should be fine. . .However, TVs have smaller reoslutions than monitors. Making a TV as your monitor will severely impact your graphics (and you are buying a $400 GFX card), so I don't suggest that really. Overall, its your choice though.

Well its 37" but the max resolution is 1920×1080 so the quality won't be as good as a monitor. Make sure you have an HDMI cable or something else to plug that TV into your video card.
