This a good deal for Home premium?

Ok, unless directron is reliable I'll wait a week and see if newegg gets a 64bit OEM. Is directron reliable? Anyone bought from them before?

Ok, I'll probably buy it soon. I read some reviews, but my mom still doesnt believe they are trustworthy.

I'm always been a Newegg shopper. Sometimes, I find cheaper deals in-store than on Newegg, lol. The shipping and CA taxes kills me.

The OEM software is starting to not look good. if I buy this, and say I upgrade my HD, will I be able to install it on the new HD? Or say I build an entirly new computer in 2-3 years. Will I be able to use this OEM software on that computer?

I bought a copy of Vista Ultimate OEM and its not just a paper sleeve and you can install it just as many times as home can since they revised the license agreement from that ridiculous one that they had before. I bought my Ultimate OEM for about $225 CAN and the Home Premium OEM for about $140 CAN.
