well this question kinda fits in here so i'll ask it, but whats the difference between T1 and T2 timings in RAM?(or is it 1T and 2T?) which is faster/better?

can't remember exactly, it was something like with t1 it takes 1 clock cycle to do something and with t2 it takes 2 clock cycles. Nothing that serious, but t1 is better. You can try google/wiki if you want to know the exact difference.
