How can I configure GRUB so that Windows is the default operating system (Top of the list)?

I have Ubuntu and Windows XP Home installed.
The reason I'm asking is because I'm no longer the only one who uses this computer, And my USB keyboard doesn't wake up until after an OS is loaded... So the other users are getting annoyed...

Thanks man. Sorry for not searching myself, I'm just really busy with something else, and my mate is getting very angry.

Ummm.... I did what is says and a password prompt comes up. And won't let me type anything :/

Where does it come up? Ubuntu doesn't have a root password by default so that's weird.

I'm supposed to enter sudo gedit/boot/grub/menu.lst into the terminal right?

::UPDATE::
I got it to work. I don't know why it suddenly worked but it did...
