Hi everyone, i have recently purchased a whole new set up. Heres my stuff
AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 5000+ 64bit 2.6 GHz
Socket AM2
1083 FSB
NVIDIA GeForce 7800 GT - Graphics Card
ASUS Crosshair - Motherboard
4x 512 modules GEIL Manufacturer - RAM
Trust 5.1 Surround Sound card
I have literally just reformatted my computer and here is my problem:
When i go to benchmark using 3Dmark06 i get about 4 fps in every test it runs,
Sometimes when i load a game it is random whether it will run smoothly or i will get about 30 fps, with red writing :S
Also my copying of files is not exactly "speedy"
Can someone please explain why this is happening because im pretty sure this isnt supposed to be like this... is it a CPU issue or a motherboard issue because iv changed my Graphics card from an ATI 9800 to an Nvidia 6800 GT now i have a Nvidia 7800 GT.
I can not figure out what is going wrong, Id really appreciate some help as its annoying the hell out of me now...
If you could reply here or send me an email
save_my_spirit@hotmail.co.uk
Thanks in advance
