I couldn't find the article on this on the Internet. I pulled this out of the latest PC World magazine and that's how they rate it. I don't know how the UK works as far as telecom providers go, but here in the US, that's what we're looking at. I'm sure the phone technology is the same though as it's pretty much standardized all over the world.
