thermal paste? help!!

How do i remove a processer that has thermal paste between it and the heatsink the r bonded together and i cant get them apart help please!!

Well, if you can unlock the retainer holding the CPU to the mobo, then you can remove it as one unit. Then you can use something to carefully pry them apart. Or, you can gently twist the HSF back and forth to loosen it from the CPU.
