You plug a power supply into your wall outlet.The sticker on the side of the power supply say's A/C input and gives some numbers.Further down on the sticker it say's DC output.Does that mean you could hook something like a 12v DC motor to the power supply?
in theory yes cos thats all a fan is but firstly you would need to modify the motor inputs to run off the psu's 12v output and you would need to make sure the current from the psu is weaker or the same as the current the motor can take
google it , i dont think you will find any cos it is not normaly someting that people do , but im pretty sure it is posible cos a 12v motor is all a fan is ,
