Can't install from CD?!?

I'm trying to install some software for my axim, and when i put my cd in, all i get is a notepad document. No install wizard. Here is what it looks like:

I can't figure this out. Anyway to fix this?

Can you not just explore the CD and set the installer away manually?

Right click the drive and click "explore". Then look around for a file called "install.exe" or "setup.exe", whichever it may be. That will start the setup program like raffaz said.

yea the setup program (if any) would be under explore, just double click and run it
