There's a near unlimited number of ways to make money legally, don't go selling drugs like a total scumbag. Drug dealers get murdered and/or sent to prison for a reason, ya know.

I'd say at age 14 odd jobs are your best bet, because the legal age is a bit ambiguous. Try doing a neighbour's garden, or wash their car, walk their dog, fix their computer etc. and get them to pay you for it. You might make a fair old bit. I once got paid £20 (about $40) by a friend when I failed to fix their computer's problem
