xbox live help

[i want a laptop]

ok my friend has some issues with his xbox 360 and getting onto live.

ok, he says when he goes to network settings, there is this check list, and everything checks off OK, exept the last thing "xbox live"

what is he doing wrong how can he fix it ect?

i think x-box live, you have to pay for it...

so in other words, you can't just plug in your 360 to your cable modem, you have pay microsoft so much a month. if thats not the case, check the internet connection.

nah nah, he has called them to no avail. and he has the service and everything, actually he played online once, like it worked once, now...it doesn't work for some reason, and he didn't do anything.
