Well. I had a pc which was build for win98 is when i first got it. It has a 455(something around that number) processor. 128mb Ram and a 10gb Harddrive.
I also had another pc with the same specs but a 255(something) processor.
So i started playing with parts. I took the cdrw and the dvd drive and put them in the main one with the 455. Then i added more ram from the other pc to make it 160mb. Then i Installed windows xp from my origional disc and it works a treat!. It is quite fast and can run most programs on it. I wouldnt try photoshop or anything that big. So i bought a new case from my towns pc shop. pc world in the uk. Was £25 and its black with a silver trim and usb and audo ports on the front. I changed it over no problem.
What a difference. A old looking pc with win me on. Now new looking with windows xp and fast.
