Mobo & Ram Voltages?

The board I'm getting has a ram voltage rating of 1.8 - 1.9, on the manufacture's web site. The ram I'm looking to purchase has a rating of 1.95 - 2.0 v.

- Is this a problem in general?
- Can any damage and/or un-bootability arise?
- If it's not a technical problem, does it affect performance?
- What ramifications on overclocking does it have?

- no, it could make the pc unstable but I doubt this will happen, but it's possible.

- well if you can't raise the ram voltage then you can't oc the ram so much, but you can always use ram dividers to make it easier for the ram.
