So when i become a guru does any magic happen

I got my 3rd Rep bar today too , i'm movin up! how many points you need for 4 bars?

I have 16 positive reps, & three negative, & as you can see, I have 4 bars, I'm told that it doesn't equate as easily as that, I don't understand fully how it works, & no, no magic, just 1000 posts, not that I experienced it, I skipped Guru, & went straght to mod from junior member.
