Sound problems again..:( :(

Right I foung the driver for my computer but whenever i run it ,it stops at the same point....

How long are ya actually giving it to complete? Leave it for 10 mins and see what happens

Right I go on with installation then I get a message
"this program has not passed the windows xp test"
i continue anyway then computer shuts down...
send ioff error message on reboot then I get report back sayig realtek has caused it and there is no solution to the problem.

Try going to realtek site and finding a solution, microsoft isnt very quick at addressing these problems. Is it definately the right driver, realtek do 100's of drivers, ya need to make sure its the exact one ya require.

Can you download everest, and do a scan of the comp, and post the results?
