They both look like great boards but personally I would go with the Asus board because I have one and in my experience it has been very stable and reliable. Plus Asus is a very good company and I have never heard many bad things about them.
 
Most intel boards won't let you in BIOS, so go with the ASUS.

Freestyler: Newegg doesn't ship to CA, so he can't.
 
on my board the Asus P5B Deluxe, I've heard after the new bios update, you can put in any ram you'de like you just need a stick of 1.8V ram to boot it up and then flash the bios...
 
If you're not overclocking, then I would go with whichever one has the features your looking for. Both companies make very good boards. I would go with the Asus personally, because if you ever decide to overclock in the future, then the Asus would be the way to go in this situation. Another one to consider is the Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3.
