Restart error

Ok I was playing CSS and all the sudden a screen with vertical blue and black lines poped up and then my comp restarts. Microsoft/Windows says the error is unknown with no solution. It only happens when i play CSS for liek 20+ mins or so. Was wondering if there was any solution to this error and if anybody else has had the same problem?

possibly overheating. most likely in your Graphics card, what card do you have and what cooling is on it?

if it is a fan, is it spinning?

well its my friends old Radeon x300 so it doesnt have a fan but now microsoft says i have to update my drivers and it should be fine or turn down hardware accelerator but i dont know how to do that.

Just goto the manufacturers website and download the latest drivers, try them and see if it corrects the problem

yeah I did that and it seemed to work hasnt crashed since
