Disk management is in control panel > admin tools. But like i said above, im not 100% sure if ya will be to do it from there. Also if ya dual booting with linux, then ya may have some boot problems after ya remove it. But this can be fixed with the FIXBOOT command from RC

Damn i forgot ya got Me, i think your the only person left running it lol No disk management in Me, only in NT based OS. Ya gonna need partition magic, or q-parted software
Ive only got limited experience of Linux, but im pretty sure ya dont use boot.ini for it. Linux installs its boot loader over that to either GRUB or LILO mate
