Internet Problems...

Hmm, it says it cannon complete network setup wizard because it cant find my network hardware.


So even though the motherboard has an eithernet cable I still need a network card or something?

eh, I have 2 of them.. sorry

No you need only the one it came with. go to the device manager like Raffaz and I said and update all those drivers.

This is a noob question, but where can I find the device manager?

ok, now right click your moms computer
(her My Computer) go to properties>Computer name and see what work group shes on, then go to your computer sdo the same thing and chage your workgroup to hers>restart

I thought you did have your drivers installed
Right click my comp> properties>hardware>Device Manager>Network Adapters

Update all those if you already have them.

Ok so I found the device manager and im updating all my drivers starting wtih my hard drive and im just working my way down the list, I will let you guys know how it goes.

theres no need for that, Go down to Network Adapters and update that one or those.

Netword adapter is nowhere on the list.


It goes, monitor - other devices

um, go to my network places, and on the side click view all network connections. right click the one thats there and if it says Enable, click it.

I go to the network connections and there is nothing there, its just a blank screen
