Best Mouse

hey every1 ii just like ur to know wat is the best mouse out there. I play half life 2 , and hl2 : dm. cs 1.6 (mainly due to comps), cs:s, Hitman blood money etc. I only play FPS games. so im just looking 4 the best mouse possible. if there any links to stats on mouse that be awesome.

Dont care how much it is.. or if it wireless or wired (pefer wired)

big hands or small hands? I have small hands so i prefer razer's mice, but if you have big hands like alvino's you might prefer logitech mice. But we all know what big hands mean

what i highly recommend is to go to your local computer store and just try the mice. You'll soon find one that you will love and it will fit your hands nicely. Then just buy that one. The brands for gaming mice that i recommend are razer and logitech. Get the logitech MX-510 (supposidly the BEST gaming mouse) or the G5 or MX-518.

If you preferred wired mouse, the Logitech G5 is a step up. I have the G7 wireless and doesn't skip a beat. Some people say that there's a slight hesitation at times when using wireless mouse, but when I use it to play Doom 3, Quake 4, etc., I don't see it happening. Very smooth and very responsive. Newegg has the best deal so get it off of there. I went to Best Buy today and saw the same mouse (G7). Holy cow, they want $99!!!! I got mine for around $78 off Newegg.

there was a test proving the MX-510 is still the BEST mouse around. Lemme dig it up for you guys.

Wow, the G5 has poor laser performance. I didn't expect to hear that. I can only assume the G7 is a G5 grade with wireless support.

very surprising isnt it? To think that an old mouse like the MX500 will perform so well.

I think the G7 is a little overkill for me, but I mainly got it because of the type of table I have. It's more of an outdoor type utility table and has all these little bumps on it. The optical mouse doesn't work on it, but the laser G7 does suprisignly well on the same surface.
